Are We Doing Too Much?

One of my biggest concerns in the digital marketing world mirrors what so many of us are feeling in society as a whole: we’re overly connected, flooded with information, and doing too much.
Are we saying yes to too much—forsaking quality and strategy for quantity?
I often hear, “We’re posting at least once a day, and we’re still not seeing results.” But posting every day isn’t a strategy—and more often than not, it exhausts your team while creating white noise instead of meaningful engagement.
I prefer to look at results per post. One thoughtful, well-placed piece of content—or ad—strategically implemented using tools like geofencing and precise audience targeting (from interests to life stage) that makes a big impact is worth far more than five posts in a week that barely register.
My hope is that this shift in thinking takes some weight off for my clients. A strategic communication plan allows for a slower pace, less content, and stronger results—because every post or ad has a purpose.
If you’re interested in creating or implementing that kind of strategy, I’d be happy to chat. While long-term client spots are limited, strategy meetings are quick, affordable, and offered monthly.
Ready to work smarter, not harder? Give me a shout.
